If you would like to be entertained and inspired my life journey is a great story to listen to. My life has been a white picket fence with a lot of speed bumps along the way. From the idealistic beginnings in rural Taranaki going to a primary school with only 12 other kids. I got kicked out of boarding school at the age of 14 and had to board with a family I’d never meet.
I meet my hubby at 16, we’ve travelled the world together and now back living in the best place on Earth with our two children who drive us crazy every day.
Being in the same industry for 30 years could be boring yet I’ve changed my role in it often, to keep inspired and to keep making a difference in my life and in the lives around me.
My extraordinary experiences within a very ordinary life are entertaining to say the least.

This is an important role and one that I don't take lightly. I will work with you to understand your vision for your upcoming event. By reading the room I will speak clearly and with confidence, and of course inject humor when needed.
It's my responibilty to keep the show rolling along on time and making sure all relevant information is being delivered in a clear manner. I will make your event a memorable and lively day/night to remember.
Ultimately, it is about you and your guests having a great time! And that's what I aim to create.

Having known Charlotte for several years, and attended meetings, information evenings, and product launches where she has been the presenter, when the opportunity to secure her, as emcee for our Fashion At The Races event, I jumped at the chance.
Charlotte’s preparation for the role was productive, and she required minimal input from us over and above the run sheet skeleton. As with many emcee roles, where you are juggling a timeline around members of the public (entrants in the competition), a structured timeline (horse races), public announcement system, and the weather, you need to be adaptable, professional, and quick on your feet, and Charlotte displayed all these attributes, and more.
With a background in acting she is adept at capturing the attention of the audience, relaying her message, and providing entertainment, whilst meeting the requirements of the client, the sponsors, and, in our case, the competition entrants who spend considerable time and money on their outfits, and therefore wish to have that reflected accurately when parading for the judges.
We had wonderful feedback by our sponsors, event attendees, and the entrants, in particular how Charlotte was able to deliver the event informatively, but with humour and her personal style.
